Spice Mobile Phones — faulty product sold

i purchased a new mobile spice M6800 flo on july 3rd 2011 , the dealer from domlur spice showroon mr manjunath sold me a fulty set , body is cracked 3 line, but i din't oberve. after 4 days mobile software get strucked, so i removed battery and again i inserted , but software is very slow, and auto handsfree mode is getting problem if removed also the handsfree symbol is in the phone, that time no sound in mobile.
and power off/on is not working properly,
this problem are past 2 week i getting
on july 23rd 2011 i deposited in service center , jaynagar 4th blk ,near nandhi hotel,
workorder number - SKT[protected].
such a short period 4 problem A face in a new spice mobile M6800.

NOW i need replacement or refound my money,
