Spice Mobile Phones — about service centre | |||
I am using Spice mobile.model no-S900.Recently on 16.02.2011 I have bought a new original battery from Raj mobile centre in burbwan.But three days before i could not charge the battery and my handset switched off.Today (15.03.2011) when I went to service centre (Burdwan Raj mobile centre) they first checked my battery and said that I have problem in my handset and there is no problem in my battery and advised me to submit my handset to them for checking worth rupees 199 minimum.But I was quite sure that there is no any problem in my handset but problem in battery.But they always used to say to submit my handset for checking worth 199 rupees even one of them in service centre behaved very rudely.when i checked my handset after fast charging the battery by fast charger in that shop (but not by serviceman in service centre.It is both shop and service centre) the handset switched on.why they make me miss wayed?So today I have understood that we cant believe on spice mobile company and their service centre.I will tell my friends,relatives and all of my known not to buy spice mobile never ever.
