[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — technical problem in on-off switch | |||
Sir, I am Sunil Sangwan from Bhiwani (Haryana) and my mobile no is [protected] & [protected]. I bought a Spice Mobile model D-1100. After few months it was showing some technical problem in on-off switch and battery. So I go to the Spice authorized customer care center in Bhiwani Rohtak, Hissar and Karnal. When I go to customer care center they say spice mobile company not provide of spare parts of any mobile hand sets when company sends on-off switch, battery and body panel. We will solve your mobile set problem. Now for the last three month I have been calling and visiting the customer center but they keep on postponing. It has lead to a huge loss of my time and money as I am a working professional and I have to skip my office and go to the service center. The service of Spice Mobile has been very disappointing.
