Rep. Sir, I complaint my mobile no. C-5300 Spice for service on 09.01.10 for Battary Backup & Mic Problem to M/s Hot Spot, Tagore Garden Near Kukreja Hospital, New Delhi to Mr. Rajat/Ravi I given mobile alongwith battary without sim card and cover. I appreciate to company my mobile is repair after 3 mail in company & 54 call to Hot Spot. I have Serviced the my Handset (M5252)Seventh Times but my problem is not resolved still.And Every time created a new problem in the handset but First problem is not resolved.so I am Not Satisfied to your service care.
