Hi,
I am Chiranjeev Shukla. I bought MI-350 spice phone from hotspot,Shilp Complex, Gurukul rd, Memnagar, Ahmedabad on[protected]Bill no.[protected]. It developed touch pad problem after three months.I approached service station Devansh Enterprise, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad for my problem. They took almost 2 and 1/2 month to get it solved. But it was not completely remedied, so I had to give it back. Helplessly, atlast they replaced it with a brand new mobile (as they said) MI-415. It did not work properly even for a month and I went back. Within two months, I had to visit service station thrice, and now my phone is completely dead and they say that your phone is out of warranty and you'll have to pay for the repairs.In all, within one year I have not been able to use two of the spice phones even for three months. I doubt that in the name of new phone, they must have replaced my old phone with a faulty one. It took me hardly three months to have new faulty phone. In this case, I am not ready to bear the repair expanses, nor do I want to go with this faulty phone. Kindly manage to resolve my compliant soon or I have to resort to consumer protection service for the same.
