Spice Mobile Phones — defective mobile set

I bought a spice mobile and till date I am not able to use it properly. Some times it works and some times it does not ....... i have sent several emails to to this company and got no solution ......

THERE ARE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS IN THIS HANDSET AND ALL THESE PROBLEMS COME ONE BY ONE......I HAVE VISITED THEIR SERVICE STATION I.E. TANEJA SERVICE STATION NEAR VIKAS PURI AND GOT NO FINAL RESOLUTIION SO FAR.
I HAVE DEMANDED REFUND AND THEY DO NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK
I HAVE DONE ALL POSSIBLE IN THIS INDEPENDENT INDIA AND NO HELP RECEIVED.
