[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE | |||
I have purchased spice mobile model-QT 66 on 12/07/2010 I feel the problem of sim that mobile give the massage to insert master sim after inserting it.So I bring it to spice service centre (Multichannel Electronics)on 14/09/2010.They took my phone by promissing to return it after 2 days.but they call me latter and told that they are unable to repair it they have to send it to Mumbai.and will return me after 25 days.it is very problematic to myself because I am doing a job and company always contact me on mobile so I am not satisfied with Spice. i went in your service centre and repair my ph. but it is not working well so i want your service and in your user manual you say qt44 have video player but it have not

i have been purchase on dt-20 jan 2011 the mobile model no-QT-61 by maufacturing fault so i am not satisfied the service engeeneer ml no-[protected]
