[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — Mobile handset not proper

Hi,
I bought a Spice Mi270 model which got damaged in less than one month that too some internal software problem,I submitted my phone to Spice gallery on 01/08/2011 with jobid=>6973 to them but now its 19/8/2011 and still i haven't received my phone back and as a result i am having no cell phone and due to which i am missing on my interview calls and schedules so i want to file a case against spice to provide firstly a phone which gets damaged in less than 1 month and then there service centre requires 1 month to either repair it or replace it.
