Spice Mobile Phones — defective product | |||
I purchased a spice mobile QT-95 from a dealer in Feb,2011.Withing two months it started creating problem in its trackpad. Then i given it in south ex part-1 service center for repairing in May,2011. But withing one week it again started the same problem. Due to lack of time i couldn't give it for repairing in between. On 13th Sept. 2011 i given it for repairing & i was told that i will receive call from service center within 3days. But their service & products are so bad that even after six days i didn't receive any call even when i called them their reply was so rude that i was finding me helpless & when i visited them personally then again it was not even satisfactory response from them. Finally on saturday i requested them to give my mobile back as i don't have any standby mobile & i have to go out of station for a week time, then i was told that the person is going to their main service center & he will bring it back. Then again i visited them on Monday but all in vain,finally i am realizing it was my biggest mistake of buying a brand called spice. Its my request to you kindly do the needful & help me out.Now my only concern is the product which i will receive will function properly or not.??????
