dear sir/madam

i have bought spice company mobile handset on dated 14/11/2012 model no.M-5900 from nice galary add: mahanagarpalika complex gandhi road akola-444001,the dealer deny to replace this handset because of no selling of this handset,but i have too much problems to handel this handset model ex. touch problem and broad of size i cant handle properly this handset,
so plz register my complaint and give me relief from this handset, suggest me what i do?
