Spice Mobile Phones — negligence | |||
a Spice mobile, model S-7000 was bought in the 11th Jun 2010, it is a touch phone.The touch stopped working in the month of Oct,2010 and then i got repaired from the Spice mobile service center authorised by the company.After just one month the same problem occurred again.I reported the problem to the service center and they said it will take 10 days.i reported for the second time on the 8th of Dec.They are still not ready with the phone..this is such a bad impression by the business firm to the innocent people by giving warranty of one year..What is the use of the one year warranty if i did not satisfy the services..this is really an insult to the consumers of their product..i would like to request them to kindly replace a new phone or get lost from the market.
