I have purchased a Spice Mobile Qt 66 from Hotspot Shalimar Bagh, lock on key pads is not responding although following the correct procedure, i.e it is not being unlocked. Then we have to switchoff the mobile take out the battery and again fit the same in the mobile, which results in unlocking of the keypad lock. Please advise where to show for necessary rectification. Even I am facing the same problem from QT - 66, I bought the phone from Greater Kailash, Near Nehru place. The Keypad lock started giving problems just after 20 days of operations, Unless The battery is removed there is no other way to open the key pad lock. The quality of Radio is very poor, and does not work even with the Antenna full out. The external antenna is a dummy on QT 66., The call also gets disconnected frequently if headphone is connected. In Short the product is not worth even thinking about.
