[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — No Repair For My S-1000 Spice Mobile from Company. | |||
Dear Sir, This is Prashant Kolambkar from Thane. I had placed a complaint before against Spice Mobile, but i had no reply. So i am once again writing this complaint & hope i'll receive my reply. I had purchased S-1000 Windows Mobile, due to some software problem my mobile screen is not been aligned, due to which i cannot start my phone. I sent my Mobile to Spice Mumbai & Spice Noida, through Hotspot Shop (Vashi). But after 2 weeks they are saying that we have stop the production for S-1000, due to which we don't have the software for the S-1000. This is not way of giving such excuse from such a branded company like SPICE, for my cell phone cost around Rs.28000. I am ready to pay whatever repair charges they recommend. Pls.
