[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — touch is not working and there is no help from authorized customer service centre. also mobile in guarantee period.

i have a spice mobile handset no M6800 and in guarantee period. due to some technical reason touch is not working. so i was go to authorisez spice service centre at sirsa(haryana) but they said you have to pay 400/- rupees for this. but my mobile is in guarantee period so tell me what i have to do.
