[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — S-7000 Set and service issue

Dear Team,

I buy S-7000 set in the Sep 2010. As per its problems that mobile comes in the market without testing.

That type of product loses your customer and brand value also.

Within the eleven month i have submit my mobile 3 times for LCD change at your service center Lucknow reason touch screen not working.

Previously service center Lucknow return my mobile within a week,

but now this time, I was submitted the mobile in the service center Lucknow 3Aug2011, but till date I have found my mobile.

My works order no 24100020B80043.

I have very bad experience with this mobile, Refund my money or give me another set for the same value with depreciation.

Kindly look into matter and do the needful asap.
