[Resolved]  Spice Mobile S-580 — about the cell phone

Sir,
Five months ago I bought a spice cell phone on the name of my father Mr. Anil Kumar from the branch of Hot Spot Bhajanpura.And the company give me the 1 year warrenty on it but my phone is damage in five months. I had gone to the Spice service center which was in a Hot Spot Branch Laxmi Nagar, VIkas Marg to repair it but they said to me that my phone take the moisture and it is unrepaiable.
Myphone has such problems like :- Display problem , USB port is not working proprly,and keypad is also not functioning properly.
So i want to say that now what can i do? can you please help me in this case.

I buy a spice mobile(s-580) but i can't reaceive any driver cd with s-580.so i can't use net wiht my pc.
I need driver's of s-580.

what ever the above complaints have been lodged are true - i too had got a spice mobile for my mom and its being useless .. i got it 5 months bck and still haven't got a usb driver for it . why to launch such products which cannot be used properly ?????? what action will be taken against this .. or what kind of help are the customer going to get .. !!???????????

even the dealers who sell the products arent aware of the details of the product.

can someone take action against this ???????????

can not get pc suit software of S-580 model of spice mobile for xp. customercare of spice could not respond for my querry on his website www.spicemobile.in. please help me out

UNABLE TO REPAIR

FROM THE BEGINING ITS SOUND IS NOT CLEAR INCOMMING AND OUTGOING CALL, A HAZY SOUND ARISE, AND REBOOT AND HANG PROBLEM, YOUR SERVICE CENTRE UNABLE TO REPAIR THIS.
