Spice Mobile S-580 — About hand-Free

Myself Himanshu Bhardwaj. Ihave bought a spice set from Hot-Spot Mukhrjee Nagar.When I call to service centers M/s taneja Electronics (Wazirpur), M/s Hotspot retail pvt.Ltd(Prashant Vihar)and many others like Vikas Marg, Lajpat Nagar. their phones switch off other wise they tell that when hand free available we will call u. M/s Taneja Electronics say's that we have no response about this you will go to Prashant Vihar other wise Lajpat Nagar. I can't understand what I shold do?
