MY WIFE HAS PURCHESED SPICE MOBILE S-930 E FROM NEW DELHI LAJPAT NAGAR ON 27-09-09 . BUT AFTER THREE MONTHS OF PURCHES IT JUST GIVING PROBLEM. WHEN EVER MY WIFE RECEIVE ANY CALL IT JUST SWITCH OFF AT ITS OWN.MY WIFE APPROACHED SERVICE CENTER K-32 ,HOT SPOT AT LAJPAT NAGAR , NEW DELHI. AS ADVICED BY THE SHOPKEEPER I.E.(CELLUCOM RETAIL PVT LTD, K-16, LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI) FROM WHERE MY WIFE PURCHESED THE MOBILE. TWO WEEKS HAD ALREADY PASSED BUT SERVICE CENTER IS NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY TO MY WIFE . THEY ARE JUST EXTENDING THE TIME. Was this information helpful? | |
