[Resolved] Spice QT-66 — Spice Mobiles is not worth to be sold in the market | |||
Place: Bangalore, Karnataka Cellphone model: Spice QT-66 Bought at "Hotspot" Bangalore Dated:26-May-2010 Hi to whom so ever planned to go with Spice Mobiles Spice Mobiles really sucks. You guys can start using "Spice Mobile Outlets" as a junk yard because they carry all junks and they need more junks. List of problems I am facing from the very same day I purchased "Spice Mobile": 1. I faced the keypad unlock problem the very same day I bought it. 2. Headphones and its socket doesn't work. When plugged into the socket it shows headphone "plugged in" and once I turn on the radio the headphone will be "plugged out" 3. "Shift" key never worked. I don't know for what reason the shift key is provided in my cellphone. The below comment if for "Mr. "Spice Mobile Company", The Cellphone I bought really sucks. Please do not release the junks to the market anymore. I guess all cellphones from your "Spice Mobile Company" are terribly worst condition. One humble request for the person who is responsible for this at "Spice Mobile Company". Why don't you go visit "Spice authorized service center", You will come to know how many mobiles has got problems by default (manufacturing defects) which is huge and you can count faultless cellphones by your fingers. I am 100% sure that almost all cellphones which are in the market and with the customers are defective. I would like to personally suggest your company to the Indian Government to honor your work for being successful in manufacturing all the junks. Thanking you, Yours Frustrated Customer. You are right friend. I also bought qt66 in gwalior and within 15 days it start hanging and restarting time to time automatically, when i went to service center they said this is software problem and need to send back to company for 15 days, when i got it after that much days i checked its working but forgot to check its all parts and when i came back to home then i realize that they removed its antenna, when i talked about it with them they refused to accept that this is their fault and after few days i got a new problem that is of space key which remains press after single use and keep opening fm radio, they resubmitted it to company and told me to keep asking on phone but its past 2 days after those 15 days and service center phone always says that it is busy. i am living about 90 km away from service center and can't go their daily but they never thinks bout it
