On 21st of March 2010,i bought a SPICE QT-66 IN PUNE. Within 4 days it got software problem. i went to the Authorised center of Spice in pune. They told me that there tehnician is not there so come next day. I followed their direction and went next day to centre tavelling about 60 km.I waited for 4 hrs then they gave me a replacement certificate.

I bought a model QT-66 on 27th feb, 2010 and its stopped working after 4 days. I submitted in Hot-Spot on 5th March, got it repaired back on 9th March. Again its stopped working on 20th March, submitted on 21st March at same branch of hot spot laxminagar, Delhi. Today on 25th march still they dont know about the handset if its repaired or not. They are refused to take back the handset, they refused to replace also. Tried to contact company...
