Spice QT-66 — I Will Never Buy a Spice product!!!!!!!!!

On 21st of March 2010,i bought a SPICE QT-66 IN PUNE. Within 4 days it got software problem. i went to the Authorised center of Spice in pune. They told me that there tehnician is not there so come next day. I followed their direction and went next day to centre tavelling about 60 km.I waited for 4 hrs then they gave me a replacement certificate.
That day i went to the dealer, he gave me a new piece. But within 4 days it showed a hardware problem. Again i went directly went to Authorised centre. Again waited and after hours the technician gave me another replacement certificate. i went to the dealer again and he asked me to come after 4 days. He told me that there was a problem in that batch. so he would give me SPICE QT-66 from new batch.After 4 days i went to dealer and he me o called new piece. I thought the problem was over. but on 16th April the battery started discharging abruptly. i dont know what to do now. IThis whole episode has already taken my lot of time and money. And seems its going to take more. i Am a student and i cant waste so muh of time and money again. please do something.. I dont konow what to do now.
