[Resolved] Spice QT-66 — lot of problems | |||
I bought a model QT-66 on 27th feb, 2010 and its stopped working after 4 days. I submitted in Hot-Spot on 5th March, got it repaired back on 9th March. Again its stopped working on 20th March, submitted on 21st March at same branch of hot spot laxminagar, Delhi. Today on 25th march still they dont know about the handset if its repaired or not. They are refused to take back the handset, they refused to replace also. Tried to contact company but tought to get them. I did a big mistake buying this handset. Posting about it here so that other customers or buyers please beware of this company. Infact cheap chinese mobiles are better then this spice mobile. sometimes keypad hangs, sometimes sim card not working, emails are never worked, nimbuzz preloaded never worked. Hahahaha What a loser. From what ive heard from others, its a very good phone. Not advisable for chimpanzees.

i above gay says that this phone is having lots of issue sometimes keypad hangs, sometimes sim card not working, emails are never worked, nimbuzz preloaded never worked. for key pad issue i got DOA from service center end 3 time i all set i am facing same issue
i hd corrupted the Software of the phone by installing non-standard applications on the phone
i went to service centre .. they told me tht they will try to fix it... if thts not possible, they will give a letter to me, which when showed to any dealer, will provide me a new set free of cost, in exchange of the defective one
But luckily the phone was ok after reinstalling it in the service cetnre

"Experiment" i also bought spice and from within 2 months i submitted it around 8 times to repair it from service center, nither phone is good nor company both are and this "Experiment" looks like agent of this company which aims to increase sales

spice qt 66 — PHONE NOT RECEIVED
I HAVE GIVE MY CELL IN CHANDIGARH TO CYBER ELECTRONIS SCO 170 SECTOR 38 C ........ THE SHOP IS CLOSED FROM LAST FEW WEEKS SO I CANNOT ABLE TO COLLECT MY PHONE AND THERE PHONE NUMBER IS SWITCHED OFF .............I WANT A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM..........AH Dear All,
Please note that Spice is the worst company in its phone brand, dear I advise all who are planning to buy spice, please dont through your money into water. Go for brands only, like nokia, samsung, Lg or motoraola, , , , , , , , , never eer think of buying any spice priduct.

I have two model of Spice Mobile. Both are working well. But audio and video quality of Spice 404 is not so good. I praise and like Spice company. This company and other company motorola start making cheap multimedia mobile initially. Due to this, Now other branded company like Nokia or Samsung start manufacturing or lunching cheap multimedia or smart phone in indian markets.
Even i'm facing the similar problem...this phone just can not handle 3rd party java softwares..Network connectivity is worst..
I bought this phone on June of 2010, it worked for few months as its supposed to. But after August it started to hang. Sometimes when I used to remove battery for removing sim or memory card it never used to start again. I was really annoyed with this piece...
It really gave me trouble when i really needed it to use it among my freinds and colleagues that made me to repair this one...But proper sales and service isn't available in Pune neither Mumbai...I never recomend to buy this phone ever... Switch on for the options like nokia or samsung...

its so bad phone, i purched on 2 of FEB and it's message programming not working after 1 week, i'll not open new message, inbox any things from message related
