This distributor has office at No.71/1, mehta Arcade, 15th Crs, 6th Ph, J P Nagar, Bangalore - 560078. They will never pick up the call. I might try some 100 times but always engaged. I don't know whether so many people keep calling tem without a break for even a second !!! Sometimes when it rings, no one will pick up. Very bad service. Do something for this. I have similar experience. I have been trying to get across from last 3 days without success. I hope IOCL is watching such post to improve their customer service

This agency is very bad. They never receive the phone calls. I even spoke to the IOCL customer representative. Even she was very rude and was telling that this agency caters to "so many " customers
