My name is Nayan Malik and I stay In Ahmedabad. I have salary account in Standard Chartered Bank at Ahmedabad. On 5th March 2010 I had withdrawn 10000 Rs from my account by using ATM o[censored]nion Bank Of India at Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, but the amount was deducted from my account and the cash did not came out from the ATM Machine. I immediately called up the Standard Chartered bank helpline about the same and they told me that if the cash is not withdrawn then it would be credited back into your account within 24 hours . The next day morning I informed about the same in Union Bank of India Branch also from where I have done the transaction as the ATM and the branch are at one place only. I have given a written complain in Standard Chartered Bank also about the same and I was told that within 21 days you will get the money. But still inspite of 2 months have gone I have yet not recvd the money and I have given all the details asked by the bank. Request to help in this matter. Was this information helpful? |
