REVERSAL OF BANK CHARGES Dear Sir, I am maintaining a account number[protected] with DLF Building, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon. I am a account holder of standard chartered bank for more than 1.5 years and maintaining a minimum balance of Rs. 10, 000/- regularly. The bank charged a sum of Rs. 1378.75 and 1378.75 on 29.04.2009 and 25.07.2009 respectively for not maintaining a minimum balance. I had called the customer care he told me that the minimum balance limit had been raised from Rs.10, 000/- to Rs. 25, 000/- w.e.f. 01.01.2009 hence a charges are debited for not maintaining the minimum balance whereas I had not received any intimation from the bank till date. Then I deposited INR 20,000 in my account. Again they debited my account with INR 827.25 for the same reason. I requested him to reverse the same but he denied. Standard Chartered Bank — REVERSAL OF BANK CHARGES

Dear Sir,

I am maintaining a account number[protected] with Punjabi Bagh Branch, New Delhi.

I am a account holder of standard chartered bank for more than 3 years and maintaining a minimum balance of Rs. 10, 000/- regularly. The bank charged a sum of Rs. 1378.75 and 110.30 on 29.04.2009 and 30.04.2009 respectively for not maintaining a minimum balance. I had called the customer care he told me that the minimum balance limit had been raised from Rs.10, 000/- to Rs. 25, 000/- w.e.f. 01.01.2009 hence a charges are debited for not maintaining the minimum balance whereas I had not received any intimation from the bank till date. I requested him to reverse the same but he denied.

Now I request you to look into the matter.
