[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — Neft transaction not reflecting in my credit card statement

24th Aug Transferred Rs.25000 twice from my SBI SB Account NO:[protected] with the following UTR number to my Credit card account No: [protected]

SBIN[protected] Rs.25000
SBIN[protected] Rs.25000
only one transaction has been credited to my credit card account. I had raised a complaint about the same with both banks but none of them are resolving the issue.
SBI says they have successfully credited both the NEFT to the beneficiary and Standard Chartered Bank says they have received only 25000.
I have visited both banks several times and have contacted both the banks via phone on mail but nothing has happened
SCB credit card has charged me for late payment.
I have been in touch with both the banks since 6th Sep but nothing has happened.
please help me
