This is regarding my account, I have faced a lot of problems since the day I started the procedure to get my salary account generated.
1. Firstly, there was a delay in getting my account generated.This should not have taken more than 10 days, but it took more than a month to get the account generated for no fault of mine ( my documents and other information was in proper order).
2. When I finally got the welcome kit my name was wrong...it was addressed to Mr. Mukhvinder Kohli instead of Ms. Mukhvinder Kohli. I have put a request regarding the same and it is yet to be processed.
3. The last straw was when I got a text msg saying that the courier carrying my ATM/Debit Card has been returned undelivered (why I don't know). I went to the bank branch in Chandigarh where as usual I got no assistance. I then called the helpline as mentioned in the text msg but I request to get the Card re-delivered was not accepted.
I have had an association with various banks both private as well as nationalized, but I must say that my experience with your bank has by far been my worst experience and I am not exaggerating !!!! Though I really want to close the account and get this mess over with, but I have no option as it is my salary account.
Do let me know how many more hassles I have to go through before getting this latest scenario sorted out. Was this information helpful? |
