[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — Haassment - multiplying bill evenafter full payment! | |
I had never used any credit crd etc before hence I was completely ignorant for the payment and stuff so payment was delayed few days. My daughter helped me make the payment, and she spoke to the cust care and requested to wave off the late fees and rep advised to pay amount less the late fees. I had dropped the cheque for the amount (over 7000). Still I was getting calls and statements. We complained for this but no action was taken. Now my account is in C bill, and I have to pay> 3000 Rs extra !!! This is not at all my fault. I am quite annoyed for the harassments that the employee have been doing and I would be forced to launge a complain in the Grahak Suraksha. I have request several times to clear my account to No due and revert asap with the resolution as I am not at all at fault here. In fact the bank should write an apology letter for all the harassments. I am requesting th bank again in this media to take the necessary action and clear my account. In the event that I do ot receive the NO DUE and an apology, I would be forced to file a complain against the Standard Chartered bank. Kindly resolv this and send me the NO DUE asap.
