[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — Debits from My Salary Account on account of Card Settlement

The Bank has forcefully debitted by Salary Account held with them with an Exorbitant amount of Rs 52250/- . The honary Judge of Bankshal Court had in his judgement stated that the bank is at leberty to deduct a sum of Rs 18000/- , but instead of deducting the settled amount bank had forcefully put an hold in my account without intimating me and a sum of rs 52250/- was deducted from my account without my consent or knowledge

SALARIED — Credit Card Settlement

Dear Sir/Madam

I was HDFC Credit Card, I use some amount. After that my card loosed I Inform to HDFC department also. I never go for again know status of card, but I got statement and lots of charges charged in my statement.

After that I call to settlement department, I his office HDFC Bank Ltd. No.CC-31, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi-110028 and I meet to Mr. Gaurav Sharma and he settled my Credit Card A/c on Rs.18000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only). I give Ch.No.012374 Dt.19/04/2009 Bank of India Chequs and this cleared from my Bank 21/04/2009 and he give Receipt No.F8390707 and Settlement letter Ref.No.S0471710 Dt.18/04/2009.

I apply for car loan but my car loan rejected due to my name is listing in civil defaulters department.
I am requesting you please verify the matter and write off from Civil list I will be highly oblige if take action on by request.
