[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — Extra Charges adter closing account and Harrshment

I have raised concern about charges levied on my credit card to Head of Service. Head of service have reversed my charges but bank have not reversed it. Now I am getting threatening calls from bank for payment. I have forwarded my email communication with bank to collection department but still they do not understand and told me to be ready for dire consequences. Please help. I have all emails from head of service which clearly states that my charges are reversed.
