Hi,
I Amarjeet Kumar having a salary a/c with your bank Standard Chartered a/c no. [protected]. On 4th of May some unauthorized transactions of Rs.4414, has been done from my a/c on the same day I have registered a complaint on the same the person who has registered my complaint given the timeline of 45 days.
After a few days I have got a call from FCU,Mr.SK. Morselin he had asked me to register a FIR , I do the same they have also collected the copy of FIR from me on that day the person who has visited for collecting the FIR copy confirmed me that I will get the resolution by 20th May Friday but, today a lady named Shradhanjali called up and telling that it will take 45 days from yesterday means 18th of May not from the complaint registration date.
Now I need your intervention I have already taken necessary steps from my side but didn't get any resolution.
This is my salary a/c now please tell me that how could I bear my expenses like Phone Bills, Room Rent and all, I have registered complaint on 4th of this month and after 15 days they telling like that.
So, now please tell me that you guys are giving this type response / treatment to your customers if yes then I don't want to continue my a/c with your bank after I'll get resolution I don't know that I'' get any resolution or not. Was this information helpful? |
