Standard Chartered Bank — name in cibil after five years of full payment

Myself, Satbinder Singh s/o. S Ajit Singh DOB[protected]. I had taken a personal loan from standard chartered bank five years back and make the full payment late. But my name is not removed from the CIBIL. Now i want to known that how it is possible to remove my name from CIBIL. Kindly advise.
