Dear Sir/Madam,
I come to know when I apply for home lone, that the Outstanding is Rs.1.02 lacs against the credit care no. [protected] which was closed year 2002 (not exactly remember). Regarding the issue I call to the Standard Charted Bank call centre. Details of conversation as under:

Conversation: verify my date of birth, address & phone number, and provide my credit card number (which I did not have with me because it is very old issue) on my request. Tell my outstanding Rs.1.02 lacs, than I ask for details, he is unable to provide the details and say you will get the call from our Delhi Office for the details.

Conversation: He say we do not have the details but yours outstanding is Rs.1.00 lacs. On what amount you want to settle the accounts?
I say, why should I pay, when I am not use the money? Please you provide my uses then I am ready to pay with interest.
He say, if you want to settle the account just pay Rs.28471/-.
I say, when I am not use the bank money why should I pay, please clear it immediately or provide the details.

Conversation: You must have some uses, other wise bank charges and Interest can not be so high.

Conversation: I am calling from standard charted bank, against your credit card outstanding Rs.1.06 lacs, sir when you are going to pay?
I say, matter is already under discussion with Mr.Sanjay,
Then Mr. Ravi (Asst. Manager) talk to me and he is also unable to provide the details and asking to pay the money.
I say, I do not use any money then why should I pay? Please you provide my the details. He say, Mr. Prasant will call you with details.

Conversation: He say, I come to know the you are apply for home lone, that’s why you are worried. Your outstanding Rs.106200/-, if you want to settle it just pay 50%.
I say, if I demand with you Rs.50000/- have you pay me?
He say, no.
I say, then why should I pay when I am not use the bank money.
He say, we do not have the details and cut the phone.
After above conversation no phone call from SC bank. Standard Charted Bank is harassing me with-out any reason due to that, I am mentally disturbed very much. If I have really used the bank money, why bank not take any action against me during this 8 years long period, I am not received any notice, legal notice or phone call from the bank regarding the outstanding, when my address and land line no. still same.
Kindly look into the matter and close the matter immediately.
