Standard Chartered Bank — Service for EMI

I need a help for my issue in SC bank. I am using my sc card for past 6 years. Now i had a worse experience with the service. I dont want to brief it in public forum(because dont want to spoil the bank name because of some irresponsible call center agents/staffs) Could some one help me to get the head office or higher authority number to whom i can directly speak and solve my issue with standard charted bank.
