Standard Chartered Credit Card — Unethically charging interest

I had bought laptop for Rs.50,000/- and had enquired about the EMI facility on it, with Standard chartered Bank CSR they told me yes, we will grant you the EMI facility. But after the purchase of laptop they denied the EMI facility and are continous calling me for the unethical interest charged payment levied by them on this purchase. But still i made the payment of Rs.40,000/- and Rs.10,000/- is still pending and the Standard Chartered bank have charged some interest round about Rs.8000/- which makes the outstanding balance of Rs.18000/- what shud i do ? These three card nos reflecting on my name is on a zero balance but yet disturbing me for no reasons & not only also reflecting bajaj finance & could not book a plasma TV for my son on his birthday I as an aviation officer for Mumbai as kindly request you to take action on the falsely accused & resolve my problem to the earliest as it is a very old record I have no details of the same and no record but yes I am at zero balance if yes you please prove me the details but don’t falsely claim for me to take legal action on your credit card section and all involved to create problems
