Standard Chartered Credit Card — No Proper response from Customer Care Service

Dear Sir,

I am R. Venkatesh Kumar having Standard Chartered Credit Card.

Am totally fed up with this card & Customer Care Services.

I made a purchase for Rs.9500 on 4th Oct by using this Card. I’ve Checked with Customer care before my purchase reg, the Conversion for EMI options. They Said OK. After my purchase, Customer care Guys are telling me that they can’t convert for EMI Options.

Regarding this I made many Calls to Customer care. But no response from their side.

02nd Nov 09 Around 4.40.pm Sailajha & Suseel Around 40 mins. They promised me that EMI conversion team will call back me within 3 Working Days. No calls from their side Very Worst response.


My Request: I want to convert the above mentioned amount for EMI.

Customer care should response in proper way towards their Customer and should provide correct information for their Queries.

Just now I failed to operate my credit card (Msater Card) to Singapore.
Response was "your Bank is not respondin"
