Dear Customer Care,
This is with utter disappointment that I have to tell you the standard charted card is an un appropriate card for a customer. My card has been duplicated by someone and he has used the same for 4 different transactions. The same could not be rectified by the standard charted associates even after several information being given. A few questions:
• How can a standard charted card be replicated
• The card was misplaced or given to some1 else in between the courier
• If yes, then the bank doesn’t gets to know is two different cards are being used simultaneously
• Even after the information shared with the bank, the hacker could not be identified
• Above all of these the bill statement has the fraud statements as well.
I will be now forced to go to the consumer court for such a fraud from the highly reputed and wrongly reputed standard charted bank.
