Standard Chartered Credit Card — No card delivered in a month, all documents taken

Hello there,

I applied for a Credit card, I got approval 12-15 days ago followed by I submitted all the required documents. My application number is #CCAGA68H52. I also got the inquiry, now I am willing to know the proceedings. Its been a month and no info from the bank they didnot even notified. After sending several emails to customer care they only said that it is under process.
