Standard Chartered Credit Card — raising bills at higher side and non responding attitude

i am holding credit card vide credit card number ending with xxxxxxxxxxxx5709. i have making several complaints through ivr and mails also vide complaint numbers

(KMM13353236I15977L0KM but to no avail. this bank is in illegal practice of trade and i am contraint to take legal action against them.

i would definitly not use this bank"s card any more and surrender it.
