I had paid all payments then also i have been listed in defaulter list. i want to know details of last 4paid statement, details of paid amount and cheque no with dates. when I was enquired about my defaulter list then customer care told me that you were charged Rs.20000.26p and now i want to know about the charges which are charged me and how they charged me when i was not purchasing anything by using credit card. Please inform me to whom can i contact about this matter in Banlgore branch alongwith contact number.
