[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Credit Cards — About my Manhattan card i am really fed up

To whomsoever it may concern

This is in regards to the manhattan card no [protected] which i am holding from past 2 years.
I have come to know that the due amount on my card is about 62000 and this card is in permanent deactivated state. From past 1.5 years i am not using this card instead i am paying about 3000 Rs on an average per month but i dont understand that my due always accumulates to Rs 62000 again.
Moreover i was informed that this card is deactivated and i have been issued a new card but this card has never reached me, however if the manhattan card is in deactivated state how is it that i am paying for this card and not the new card. Also i have been issued one more card Stand Chart Card no [protected], for which the balance due is about 62000 from the day i received this card and i am paying interest on this card also. That means for the amount of Rs 62000 i am paying double interest and the amount is never seen going down on any of the cards.
Whenever i call to customer care department i get confused replies and if they cannot reply they just answer in rude manner. Moreover the collections team also are very rude to this.
I am really disgusted withthe kind of replies i get and the calculations of the bank about the interest which i never understand. I am paying since last 1.5 years an average amount of Rs 3000 monthly which has accumulated to atleast Rs 54000 and has been paid back to the bank, still am on the same ground of debts of same amount. I want a solution to this and want to cease my card . May be the bank can convert all the amount to EMIs an amount of time so that i am sure that after that time i will have no sum of money accumulated on the Bank or this can be settled to some amount so that i can pay beck and get all my card ceased.
I am in a big confusion and hope that the bank could understand and help me out to solve this.

Sir,

i m totally dissatisfied by this card. it has harrassed me in such a manner that i will not forget this for life. if am found wrong i will not only pay the disputed amount but also whatever u say.

the DSA tempted me to take this card by saying that there is a free shirt offer. subsequently a bill was raised.on contacting your call center they asked me to return, which was done by me immediatly. this was also confirmed to me that yes the shirt has been received.

subsequently i called several times when i received the statements and everytime i was assured that it will be sorted out. after that i stopped getting any statement and i forgot the dispute also.

Now when i applied fpor home-lone thay said my name is in the defaulters list and so cannot be granted loan.

Please look into this.

I am with the view that no card of standard chartred should should be availed by anybody and standard chartred should be banned in India for doing all these wrong things to the cutsome. I have the Platinum card of Stanc
Instead of paying blindly for 1.5 yrs you should have kept an eye on your statements.
This would not have happened.
