i lost my atm card yesterday while travelling in bus from luxettipet to hyderabad in APSRTC bus
my account no. [protected] SBH Luxettipet in adilabad districtmy name Guthikonda narsaiah
hence i request to block my saving account further issue a new atm card

As I had withdrawn an amount of Rs 20000/- from sangmeshwar branch’s ATM at Gulbarga on 11th august 2010 at 15:33hrs, when second time I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs 20000/- the ATM unable to process the request, I dint get the cash and even any receipt from that ATM machine, but when I checked my account’s balance there was 40000/- debited from my account, I consulted the manager of sangmeshwar branch, but i have an account in chittapur branch. So please look over the matter and try to credit the amount back to my account as soon as possible I hope you will do the needful.

Im Khaja Althaf Hussain and i have deposited a cheque received from Income Tax Department which was issued at SBI Andheri East Branch. The cheque was deposited at SBH, Lalaguda Branch, Secunderabad on 7th May 2010 but has not been honoured yet. They were supposed to send the cheque to Mumbai but due to the mistake of the employees of SBH it was sent to the head branch at Hyderabad. Even after complaining in this regard no action has yet been taken. The cheque is still not honoured.

On[protected] i have done Transction in RTC X Roads Big bazaar Branch Hyd for an amount of 200 Rs in between 2:00 to 3:00 Pm.

I will explain what excatly has happened, on[protected] i have done shopping in Big Bazaar & came to the bill counter & given my Sbh Card for Swiping, after 30 to 40 Seconds i have realized that in my sbh account there is no sufficient currency,suddenly i told that boy to take another card, mean while in this 30 to 40 seconds the boy has already swipped the card & when i have asked the boy did u swipped the card he told that no sir, then i said ok and done transction with another card shopping was completed,

& the next morning when i have opened the internet banking & i can see that 200 Rs has been debited from my account, the details of that particular transction are " POS PRCH[protected] [protected] " & immediately have Raised one ticket in the internet banking on[protected] & the Ticket number is 526119 & again on 2-7-2010 i have Raised another ticket & the Number is 528656 & till now the tickets was showing as " In Queue " Only &
i have called big bazaar people & told that so & so thing was happened so they told that jst once come to our office so i went to big bazar & they have gave me one letter stating that they didnt received any money on that particular day & for particular transction so & so day & i went to my my home town branch there they no body no even a single person gave me information they jst told me that we dont have any provising to take a complaint from our end go to head ofice only, i have gone to head office which is in Abids Gunfoundry

There i have gone to secutity persons they Really Helped me a lot & they told that go to 1st Floor & i have contacted MR HARI PRASAD I dont dont know his designation properly but the way he spoked & behaved with was really Redeclues Such an pathatich behaviour he is shouting at me & attendor for saying me that Mr Hari Prasad is Right person . & again i have gone out & called sbh customer care & fought with them for nearly 2 hrs for this issue & finally They gave me some Land Line Numbers that is ATM GRIVENCE CELL Numbers i have called to the Numbers No Body has Lifted the call & last number that is [protected] that is G.Mohan Krishna Asst Manager has lifted the call & after explaining all the problem he told that to come to office again i have gone there he told that to complain in home branch only..


I will be in the office & for only Sunday is Leave & I cant go to my Home Branch & plz Improve your sbh online Services Like
1 ) the transction that i have made it is showing as only Pos Transction but to which merchant it is not showing
2 ) the ticket issue on[protected] i have raised a ticket till now it was not resolved
3 ) plz give the proper information when we visited the bank & we are getting response as if if we to govt office
iam attaching all the screen shots & my Bank statement & big bazaar letter

Kindly check and plz Resolve the issue ASAP

I went to HDFC ATM Srinagar Colony Br(S1ANHY26)ON 7/7/2010 AROUND 6 30 pm to withdraw money using my SBH debit card. I entered amount as Rs 8000 I got message as invalid account number though the account is valid. I did not get the cash also i did not get the receipt. Later when I rechecked the amount got deducted from my account though i did not get the cash. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.My details

It was on 1st April 2010 at 10.15 am i went to draw cash FROM SBI ATM at produtturi complex in Nirmal Adilabad district with my sbh atm card for an amount of Rs 40000/- by drwaing rs 20000/- each for 2 times for the 1st time i got the cash but at the 2 nd time i did not get the cash Rs 20000/- due to atm machine problem, but amount has been debited to my sbh account which is at lingapur ,kaddam mandal, adilabad dist.This was happened in front of the SBI manager only, but he said that he could not give the cas or dd from concered sbi branch it will be directly credited to my a/c if the manager of my sbh bank keep this issue on service desk. BUT after informing to the bank repeateldy till now i did not get my amount credited to my account. so kindly look into this matter and see that i could get my amount back.
i am here with sending you the copy of letter and transaction slip which i got immidiately after that cash transaction in this the last 20000/- i should get.

Kindly help to credit the amount as earliest

i have forgot my atm card password it is urgent to me please send me the password to my mail

I had lost my ATM of SBH Patamata Lanka Branch, Vijayawada; S/B A/C No. [protected] on[protected] and requested the tollfree number [protected] to block my card. On[protected] when I found my lost card I asked card the tollfree number again and request them to unblock my card. I was told to give a written request to the parent branch at Vijayawada and on[protected] I gave a written request and was told that in 2 days I can use my card.
After that I made repeated calls to both the branch and toll free number but my card was still blocked till[protected].
On[protected] when I tried to use the card for balance enquiry at the Canara Bank ATM opp Warangal station, I got receipt that I am illegally using my card and that the card is being retained by the ATM and I need to contact the parent branch again.
I planned to invest the Rupees 1 Lakh that I had in the account in shares but I have not been able to access the account except for 1 transaction a week back (by cheque).
I have lost lots of money which I could have bought shares of SBH.
I want help and compensation.

Dear sir,

My ATM/Debit Card is not getting accessed since 40 days and finding it difficult in making transactions. On 20th March' 2010 when I had tried to transact through my ATM Card, on ATM Screen, display came as Card not inserted properly, Re-insert the card and Try again. Even after trying from other ATM Centers, same message was appearing.Today, on reporting at the concerned branch, they asked us to try again and inform them. On trying once again from one of the SBH ATM Center, on display, message came as " Invalid/Unauthorized Card". on informing the same to the Branch, they asked us to contact the Toll Free No. [protected] and give them the Ticket No. But in spite of trying many times, could not contact the No. as the No. is continuously engaged. Request resolve the problem on priority, enable me to have hassle free transactions from your esteemed Bank.I didn't get any reply to my mails.My details are as appended below.

Recenlty we witnessed Misbehaving in ATM Centre near Bawarchi in hyderabad.
We dont expect people misbehaving in ATM Centre. Two people went inside ATM Centre and started harrasing my friend.There was no guard at ATM centre to check on this.
If there is loophole at ATM Centre further it will be have a chance that people will steal money from ATM and also In future you may loose customers for these incidents.
We expect a guard to check so that people dosent dare to do these kind of things at ATM centre.

i was applied for fresh state bank cash plus card on loss on my old atm card. Accordingly, i have received new/ fresh state bank cash plus card bearing No.[protected] and collect new PIN from the concrned Bank.

During the operating in ATM machine i was entered the new PIN which was collected from the Bank, the PIN was incorrect.

What could i do now?

i am lal chand koya working for KIMS narketpally. i have tried to draw my salary in SBH ATM with INDIAN bank card. money was not came, slip came with " unable to process" word. but my balance was deducted with Rs.6500/-
with draw tried date:6th march 2010.

I have submitted an application letter on jan-9-2010 for transfer my account from khammam main branch(andhra pradesh) to DRDA office branch(andhra pradesh), they told to me with in 24hrs ur your has to be finish. But till now they did not take any action for my request.iam checking weekly once by going to bank and what happened?

I am khaja from hyderabad, i stay in rein bazar, i went to state bank of Hyderabad branch of saidabad, to open a new account but there is one person on reception he is senior citizen but he has no manner to talk to customer he was talking like labour and i ask him to give me application form to open account he said your area not come in our branch and that branch to my residence distance is not more than 1 km also, you tell where shall open account, Sbi is top ranking bank in all over, this the way to talk to customer. i hope i will get response of this complain
