I, V. Sriramulu R/o MIG 37, APHB Colony, Munugodu Road, Nalgonda, A.P. am a customer in your Bank since long period. My ATM card misplaced in journey from Hyderabad to Nalgonda. But it is not available till todate. I am contacted to Branch Manager and he given a toll free No. [protected]for registration to me. Always it is engage mode while I have been trying to this Number through Land line, it is not reached since 5 days to you.

Hence I request you to kindly issue a duplicate ATM Card in same Number or another early please.

I LOST MY CARD ONE YEAR BACK, PLS CANCELL THAT ATM CARD, AND PROVIDE NEW ONE, I GIVEN A COMPLAINT IN BANK, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE, THEY TOLD CALL TO TOLL Pree no . but the number is not connected that y i leave that bank this is my account num [protected]

res sir ! this is vijayabhaskarreddy.g my account is opend on nearly one year ago but the atm card is provided, i give an atm applications so many times but my time is wast ATM is not getting. in that bank ATM applications is not there, they told write in a white paper, request to ATM, this is a bad position . in state bank of HYderabad
