[Resolved] State Bank Of Hyderabad — ATM not dispensing money but the money debited | |
I have withdrawn an amount of Rs 20, 000 on 31-JUN-2009 from axis bank ATM in hyderabad from my account which is in SBH Hussainialam Branch Hyderabad. Unfortunately the machine did not dispense the money and the amount have been debited from my account. I immediately reported in the bank the very next day. As of now still there is irrresponsible response from the branch where i hold the account. I have been complaint many many times since then visited the branch couple of times but still there is no response. I Bhojina Haripal SB account of SBH Ramnagar Branch Hyderabad, on 11/11/2010 at about 7.13 pm as useual i have gone SBI ATM center Besides of SBI Gandhinagar Branch. I want to draw Rs 400000/- i drawn 15000/- in 1st spell and i drawn 15000/- in 2nd spell and i compleated transactions for draw 10000/- but the money was not received, some sounds are listen but money was not come from mechine then immediatly i went to Gandhinagar SBI Branch (which ATM was located beside that branch)and make a complaint about non receipt of 10000/- and a day later i have complaint in SBH Ramnagar Branch (along with all receipts come from ATM Mechine)Hyderabad, MY SB Account No is [protected]. till today Rs 10000/- was not credited in my account.
In this connection I humbly request you sir please make arrengements to credit 10000/- in my account at an early.
