[Resolved]  State Bank Of Hyderabad — Non credit of debited amount in ING Vysya bank ATM

Sir,
This is AnilKumar Mittadodla holding State Bank of Hyderabad SB A/c no. [protected] and ATM Card No.[protected] used ING Vysya Bank, Dilshuknagar Branch, Hyderabad for ATM withdrawal of cash Rs. 15000/- on 24.07.2009 at 16:26:57 to my surprise I have not received cash from the ATM and the amount debited to my SB A/c of SBH.
I have already lodged a written complaint on 27.07.2009 in the home branch located at Buchireddypalem, Nellore (Dt). From one and half month waiting for the credit of my amount Rs.15000 still not processed up to now. As I am working in Hyderabad my brother is visiting the bank every three days and they are replying it is not in our hand, we already sent the complaint to head office and the status is under process in their computer. Enclosing a copy of ATM slip withdrawal made on 24.07.2009 in ING Vysya Bank ATM and on the same day checked cash balance in SBH ATM for cross checking of the transaction, enclosing that copy also. I am requesting you to please process as early as possible.
