[Resolved] State Bank Of Hyderabad — money neither transferred nor credited to my account | |||
I am V V S A KUMAR . i have savings account in Statebank of hyderabad of A/C no: [protected]. On[protected] i transferred an amount of Rs.3800 to my loan account number [protected] belongs to Bank Of India ,gandhi nagar branch through netbanking. the same amount debited from my account. but bank of india representatives told that they didn't get any money to my loan account. the same was informed to you sir. you have given UTR number as SBH[protected]. when i was given the same number to them.They said that it is invalid. and i sent mail for branch manager state bank of hyderabad. respected sir,my name isMORISHETTY SUJATHA I have submitted an application letter on FEB-9-2010 for transfer my account from MULKANOORbranch(andhra pradesh) to JAMMIKUNTA branch(andhra pradesh), they told to me with in week ur work will be finished. But till now they did not take any action for my request.iam checking weekly once by going to bank and what happened?
but there is no use.

STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD — CHEQUE NOT CREDITED TO MY A/C.
Respected sirs,I have deposited cheque no.055716 dt.18/10/10 of Rs.37779/- drawn on SBH Samarthnagar Br.,in Shastrinagar Br. of the same bank,on28/10/10.Though the amt would have been credited to my A/c no.[protected] on the same day,the credit was not seen in my a/c till 03/11/10.Hence I approached the bank and enquried.No one in the bank was ready and responsible to see to it.and after waiting infront of the offiers concerned,I was surprised hear from them that the said cheque is not found andI better get a duplicate cheque issued from the PWD department!!!!!.On my disagree to their solution,I had to wait there for 2 more hrs, and surprisingly,the officers could trace the cheque and credited to my a/c.Who wii be responsible for the delay and wait of my time?.I wish,the irresponsible personnel be punished and one more client should not face this again.
