Sub:- Rude behavior of the Manager (SBH, Saidabad Hyderabad),

Hi..
I am Hari Krishna R/o Saidabad, Hyderabad. I went to open a account in SBH on[protected], when I asked the employee for opening an account he didn’t replied any thing third time he replied come in next month, I said sir I am roaming to bank from last one week. Then he said go and open in the other banks in very rude manner. I decided to complain to manager of the bank. I went to his cabin he was not their I waited for manager in his cabin the same person who I came to complained, was the manager itself I was shocked and I thought whom should I complain now. I again politely asked the manager about the opening the account, he replied I said you na go and open in another bank there is no staff I can’t do anything. And he was shouting at me. Is that the way the manager of the bank should behave.
From last one week I was roaming to the bank to open the new account. I went on these days 05 sat /07 mon /11 fri /14mon - 03 -2011. They told staff member is in leave come on Monday I asked them the form and details they said no form nothing everything on Monday, I went on Monday 07 they said, the employee is in leave he may cum on Friday, again I went on Friday, again they said to cum on Monday and I met with the manager and with his rude behavior. He was talking like I was his servant not the customer. If the bank managers are like that how the bank will be just imagine. Being an educated person I faced so many problems. Imagine how illiterate and old age people will be.

I hope senior authority of SBH will look in to this matter and take required action to improve the customer service in the Gov banks. Or I think there is no responsible officer in SBH (STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD. ANDHRA PRADESH).

iam also agree with that my father is a paralysis attacked recently when we went to take the pension, and my father condition is totally disabled not even sit not even tell any thing, and he his taking pension from last 8 years, when we contacted the manager to issue pin number, as already we have the atm card, in which law the rbi mention that they do not issue the pin number of atm card

i will complaint to goto RBI
