i have sbi card since may 07 and regret to
inform that sbi services are not good and
fed up with collecting charges heavily
on the customers. after paying all the dues,
they are sending statements so much amount
is still outstanding.

because of the above reason, i withdraw/cancel
my card and send it to sbi card division.

as i am very poor family, i cannot afford
to give such amount. hence, waive off the
amount of rs.1796/- and cancel my card.
