I had an Recurring deposit with SBI which matured recently. I didnot missed to pay installments during the starting six months of the RD tenure so the branch has charged a 'Debit Branch Penalty' i.e. 75% of the interest. I have A salary account in SBI. I m working Odisha Fire & Emergency service. MY duty at remote is where is sometime no network available. The payment deleyed only 1 and 2 day due to not avavilable of network....

The customer care of SBI credit card team is worthless without doing a proper investigation and giving a supporting result they have concluded that the Fraudulent transaction is not at all fraudulent and should be bear by me. If I had done the transaction why would I complain on the first hand next I have reported the matter at cyber cell on the same day. To get proper results I have submitted the necessary documents but these sbi is so lazy...

Hi,
I have a SBI saving account with number [protected] and I have created MOD accounts online in internet banking . As per the features, I can prematurely close the MOD accounts anytime or I can partially withdraw the amount from MOD. But now when I am trying to close 01 of my MOD accounts online as mentioned in SBI portal I am getting an error stating "Your MOD account can not be closed as delinking of your MOD account is failed"...

I recently cancelled a order in Amazon of rupees 51698 which was paid through Google pay (UPI) it has been almost 8 days still I didn't receive the refund amount in my bank account when I contacted Amazon they said refund has been done through our end please contact your bank to know it

I have applied for bpcl octane card in sbi. I gave all of the required details correctly. They have processed my application and successfully verification completed. But at the end they rejected my application by saying we cannot process the request due to some internal policy. I am not sure what went wrong. I am not able to contact customer support on this.

I purchased a product from Amazon through EMI using SBI Credit Card on 16 July 2023 amounting to ₹13, 609.09. But the product was not delivered and the return was effected by Amazon, which was sent back to Credit Card account on 02 Aug 2023. However, my EMI was still being deducted.

I have ordered MERLAYN Ayurveda Bhringraj and Amla Jadibuti Hair Oil on

10 august 2023, i made payment rs-14000/- from my bank sbi account (0227) to indian bank account holder through upi paytm. Unfortunately, i have input wrong digit number, but payment was successful to wrong account. Although the name i entered payment gateway of paytm and beneficiary's name was different. I am HD Lalremruati, Mb.[protected] i was using BHIM SBI Pay Foreign Outward Remittance for money transaction (P2P) to Singapore on 11.07.2023. The amount debited was Rs 15577.50 + Commission charge Rs 233.66 + GST Rs 45 Total amount = 15856.16 with Cust Ref No.[protected]. This amount was debited though the transaction was failed instantly, since today the beneficiary did not received the money also it was not reverse to my account as well...
