So I deposited money in cardless transaction into the account and the cash was locked and then after it showed that the transaction timed out .the amount was 25500 and I have a receipt of it, now it is not updated in my account as well as I don't have the money

    Money deducted - pmsby - rs 20 - without consent

    Today afternoon Rs.20 got auto deducted from my SBI account under PMSBY scheme which I have never enrolled nor given the permission to deduct my money.
    I want my money back into my account.
    Without any permission how can you enroll me and deduct money from my account??? Such unethical practice from SBI....

    Not getting a payment confirmation receipt

    I made a payment of my college fees on SBI ePay portal on 26 December, 2024. The payment was made through UPI. After validating my UPI Id, my UPI app prompted me to make a payment for the desired receiver of the amount and the payment completed successfully and the UPI transaction details were provided to me.     13371 Debited without authorization as ACHDr

    INR 13371 has been deducted from my SBI account on 18/12/2024 under ACH Dr. I have not subscribed or authorized any autodebit from my savings account . Very concerned Please help.
    There is no narration in statement of account and app mini statement, it only shows :

    1 note retained for verification but not received in account

    On 12/11/2024 16:57:40 when i tried to deposit cash with cdm machine at main SBI branch Beed the slip i have recieved that 1 note s is retained for verification bna deposit 100 1 please contact branch manager. Then i found that 100 amount is not reflected in my account.

    Complaint:
    I got my Simply save credit card in Mastercard version not rupay version that I had requested.

    Why would that be the case? The reason I ask this question because I specifically spoke to Babitaji at the credit card window and informed her to get my Simply save credit card in RUPAY version only, and reminded her again at multiple times through the entire application process which she had overseen.

    I went to sbi branch again and again to get help but Babita ji at credit card window just told that you can call on sbi toll free and submit request. She told me the request number is:[protected] to change my card from Mastercard to rupay.
    But I am able to trace the complaint now seems like SBI has closed my request without taking any action on it.

    HOW CAN THE LARGEST BANK OF INDIA BE SO INCOMPETENT IN GRIEVANCE RESOLUTIONS?

    WHO ARE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE RESOLUTION?

    WHY IS SBI GRIEVANCE RESOLUTION MECHANISM SO OPAQUE?

    These are important questions and SBI Officials should be held accountable for their lax approach with customers.

      I would like to inform you that I am holding a home loan account and my loan Id is[protected]. This is about the rate of interest currently which is 9.25.

      I would request you to reduce my rate of interest against my home loan.

      I have one more query when we took the loan the tenure was 10 years . After making part payment of more than 4lakh rupee still the tenure is same. Kindly get back to me on this.

        NEFT Transaction not credited to my credit card account

        24th Aug Transferred Rs.25000 twice from my SBI SB Account NO:[protected] with the following UTR number to my Credit card account No: [protected]

        SBIN[protected] Rs.25000

        only one transaction has been credited to my credit card account. I had raised a complaint about the same with both banks but none of them are resolving the issue.

        Money transfer failed but amount got debited from bank account

        I transferred money of 28000 rupees using the Google Pay application from my SBI bank account to my own Kotak Mahindra bank account the amount transfer failed but the money got debited from SBI my bank account and even after 4 days, I have not received any refund to my bank account. please help me ASAP I need my money its urgent. I have contacted SBI and Google Pay but there is no resolution.

        Being charged huge amounts even after paying and receiving unprecedented calls from recovery agents even when there are no dues

        Last month, my payment due date was 22md August, I paid my dues on 23rd August at 12:30 AM. They charged more than Rs. 1400 as late fees for being 30 minutes late after 12 AM at midnight. This was never the case before. I have been using SBI credit card for 6 years and always pay on time but failed once or twice earlier and paid the next day or a few days later.               Internet banking and UPI I'd blocked

              I have an account in SBI. From last few days I'm not able to use internet banking or UPI apps for transactions through my account. While logging in to net banking or YONO lite app I'm getting an error "As user is inactive, we are unable to process your request. Kindly contact branch."
