[Resolved]  State Bank of India — EMI deducted twice in a single month

Home loan A/c no - [protected]
Branch - Boriwali (E), Dattapad Road

I have taken Home loan ( Rs 10.95 Lacs) from SBI in the month of April09 & EMI of Rs 10606/- have been started from May 09 . I had submitted 24 PDC's while taking loan. till Jan 10 EMI was deducting through PDC & but from Feb 10 onwards EMI have started through ECS, which is also without information to cutomer for change of payment mode. In the month of March 10 EMI has been deducted through PDC & as well as through ECS mode, hence in a single month EMI have been deducted twice.
You are requested to return the amount of single EMI before 30.03.2010 & return back the balance PDC's & start EMI through ECS mode only.

Regards,
Sharad Khamkar

I fully agree with this. If ECS mode payment is already started they should first inform the customer and return all the cheques. Actully the people who are sitting there wanted to do very less paper work. Though every thing is computerised but giving a paper document people are very very reluctant. If this thing continues VERY SOON CUSTOMER WILL LOOSE THEIR FAITH ON SBI. One thing I want to mention that the staffs are absolutely bad in their behaviour may be it is because they are already extra paid.
Sbi home loan emi deducted two times in this month of september 2021, withoutbany reason.after putting complaint.. Till now not get any solutiom
